Beginning-to-End Support
Planning and event-coordination assistance is supported at the Arista Ballroom!
The Arista sales team can support most (if not all) of your specialized needs. It is common for us to meet with clients more than once before the event day arrives. Over several meetings we will fine-tune your ideas into the event you have your heart set on.
Many potential clients will meet with us on-site for an initial tour, again for a planning meeting, and once more for a finalization meeting... all of these before the final time we meet, when the event day arives.
After submitting a proposal request, you will receieve a customized event plan. This will serve as a flexible planning document to assist you in considering all necessary details.
Once you have had a chance to review the customized event proposal, you are invited to schedule a private tour. Once at the ballroom, a knowledgable manager will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
As our event nears, we will also hold a finalization meeting to firm up any last-minute details.

Event Hospitality and Service

Hospitality professionals at your side throughout - full-service comes included with every event booking!
Each event booking includes a highly-trained and seasoned team of hospitality personnel (to help assist and serve during the event).
For on-site events, the following service staff are included:
Door Attendant - also acts as guest-greeter and security monitor
Bartender(s) - one bartender included up to 150 guests. If more than 150 guests will be attending, we include a second bartender at no additional cost
A full team of service personnel - and also DJ/multimedia support, a seasoned culinary team preparing your cuisine, and start-to-finish event setup & tear down.
